Destined to Empower Consulting LLC provides psychotherapy, consulting, coaching, and educational services.
Psychotherapy services are provided by Mary Zuruba, MSW, in accordance with Connecticut state law, professional social work ethics, and applicable federal regulations.

Mary Zuruba is also a Doctor of Education (EdD) candidate. Doctoral candidacy represents advanced academic training and does not confer clinical licensure beyond the scope of the MSW credential.

Psychotherapy services involve the creation and maintenance of Protected Health Information (PHI) and are subject to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
